I went to see Aisling as I was recommended her from a friend. She was amazing, I had reflexology and she used some specific flower essences which felt really healing. I felt really calm during and after the session. I will definitely be going back.

I went to see Aisling albeit via zoom during the last period of lockdown, at the time I was feeling very overwhelmed and generally out of sorts. Over the time we worked together the change in me has been gradual but very powerful. I am now in a place where I feel I can overcome any situation. I am now able to juggle the many plates I have to keep spinning. I am running my growing business, supporting my family and also coordinating a long distance house move. I now have an inner calm that enables me to stay on track, remain focused but also enjoy the journey. I was feeling very stuck and Aisling has helped me to get my flow back and be the real me.
