Ordered expensive capture board. Received no order confirmation. Contacted Camsecure FIVE times before I eventually got response and refund via Paypal. Turns out they didn't even have the board in stock. Utter timewasters.

If you can get to talk to them ok.. But they don't answer emails or respond to the phone. My webcam is down again today and this has been several times. I'll have to look for another provider sadly... Sorry

I search webcams all over the world, but unfortunately this site is the worst that I have come across. Trying to find a decent 'live' cam is virtually impossible,especially when you compare it to so many other sites. If I was looking to set up a site, I certainly would not try this one.

These guys are incapable of customer service. They fail to respond to requests or after sales contact. Emails are ignored. The phone number is a mobile voicemail. Shame really as the product they supplied was very good (if late!)

I know this is a busy company as I've had a few years dealing with them, hosting is fantastic and a reasonable price, five stars would have been given if you could talk to someone on the phone occasionally especially when wanting a quicker response to an issue, although Facebook messenger is a reliable source of contact.

Great streaming, great price, poor service. When it works, it works well and at great value. If something goes wrong, the mobile phone number given never answers, emails also often go unanswered. Very helpful once in touch, but your camera may be off for weeks waiting. After a snotty response to a complaint (which did include a month's streaming refund) I went with the competition at more than twice the price for a more professional attitude.

Beware bad company to deal with!!I purchased an IP camera from their website on 27 October 2017, via PayPal which was fortunate as now I have a chance of regaining my money back. Once I’ve placed the order I thought the camera would only take a couple of days to come! How wrong was I it took over a week, after many phone calls and emails which were all ignored So sent another email telling them how displeased I was with their performanceOn that email alone I received a response saying “Hi Neil I have shipped a replacement order to you today by courier Please look out for an email from them that will include the tracking number so you can check its progress Kind regards Beccy” once I’ve checked my emails I could see that I had an email from the Currier MyHermes.. when the camera was received at my home address I took it to my IT manager upon trying to connect the camera it was found that the camera was faulty. Again I tried to contact Les at Camsecure and once again no contact was made! This has left me with no choice but to contact PayPal once I did that I received a message via the PayPal site asking me to send the camera back which I did guaranteed delivery by 1 PM the next day. Upon delivery no one was in to receive my parcel hence Royal mail tried to deliver it two days later which it was delivered and signed for , Since then I have emailed Les at Camsecure to try and coax him to sorting out my complaint the email that I sent was sent with a notification so I would know if he had opened the email the email had been opened and still no response now I’m having to wait 10 days for a response via PayPal to see if I can get a full refund.This whole experience has been rather Stressful and I would like to pass on a warning too others don’t be fooled by their website it may look the bells and whistles with all the IP camera footage but the sales and service is absolutely dire! For your own sake find somebody else... you will honestly thank me for this review.Update: Monday 20th November 2017, I have received A full refund from Camsecure through PayPal and Camsecure deposited money into my PayPal account to cover my postage costs.
