KCR Service & MOT Centre

Booked my car in for MOT. It failed on front two suspension arms, fair enough, Replaced both arms and it was recommended I get the wheel alignment checked! Again I get that.Wheel alignment checked and corrected £40.After a week or so took car back to KCR as there was an abnormal knocking from the front. They checked and found one of the arms was faulty. No problem they replaced for another set. So as before, I thought as they had changed the parts again, it would need the wheel alignment checking. To quote, I was told 'It should be okay'I got 2 second opinions on that and both said to get it checked!I feel he should of offered to pay for this, but reluctantly agreed on half! On my partner taking the invoice to him as prove, he rudely threw £20 her way, and also dismissed the alignment result.Moving on from your reply, It's still knocking !

What can I say! The only garage that has been honest with us, Karl and his team will not con you for extra money unlike other garages, always available to help with any questions, good prices and very trust worthy. Once you take your vehicle to them you will not go anywhere else I can assure you. They look after your vehicle and you with great customer service. . I honestly could not recommend this garage enough.

Been here a few times now for service and MOT. Repairs needed and done same day without issue and not expensive. Staff are friendly. Will be going back.

Great service from KCR! Booked my car in for an MOT and they were accommodating and offered collection and delivery service even though I was slightly over the distance limit set on bookmygarage. The driver collecting in the morning made sure that I wasn't going to need access to the car and since I didn't, agreed with me to bring it back at around 6pm. Got a call about half an hour before advising of the results of the MOT and to take payment over the phone and the car was back with me as promised by 6pm. Car was in the same condition as it was when I handed it over and the price charged was very, very reasonable for the service received. Can only recommend KCR and will be using them for any future services needed!

Came up 25% more expensive than an extremely efficient & reputable garage I usually use. So decided to wait a week longer to use my own garage. As far as quality of work goes I heard they're good but cannot offer an opinion.

Ive taken my car to KCR multiple times and can say they are the best garage ive used and wont trust my car with anyone else and they will always be my first choice, they are so helpful and willing to give you advice, had an issue with my brakes so rang KCR who told me to pop in and they would take a look to see if it was a quick fix which they sorted in 10 minutes even though they were busy.

We’ve had three cars serviced and MOTed here - the team are fab, professional m, value for money and keep you informed all the way along. Definitely recommend.

I take my classic car for its MOT every year, they are so friendly and are genuinely interested, they also give great professional advice, I would recommend them to anyone.
