The sales experience was truly outstanding!Laura was incredibly patient, answering all my questions thoughtfully. Her professionalism and friendly demeanour created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the whole interaction a pleasure. It was a perfect blend of patience, professionalism and her personable sales approach that made the entire experience incredibly satisfying.

Listers provide the best service they can with what appears to be constraints by JLR. After spending almost £200k on an SVA there needs to be a premium support arrangement led by JLR when there are issues, as other premium brands. JLR you need to understand your customers and what they expect when purchasing at this level.

I had a problem with my discovery sport in June, as it’s under warranty the car was with lister Landrover Droitwich for more than 5 months. They were kept saying that waiting for parts to arrive to complete the repair. Recently in November confirmed that part are arrived and repair is completed, MOT and servicing was also done at the same place. Car was handed to me after completing the repair last weekend, as soon as I started driving have noticed multiple issues with the car and warnings on dashboard, I am trying to contact lister Landrover Droitwich back to explain the issue, I have been waiting for a call back for almost 3 days. The service is frustrating and very unhelpful when you need a car repaired.

I have just bought my 36 month old Jaguar from here. The car was described accurately and prepared beautifully. I dealt with Ryan who was extremely helpful, made sure I was kept informed as to the preparation and delivery date and picked me up from the railway station when I collected the car. I bought the car unseen and was very pleased. I would highly recommend this professional dealership.

I have been to Listers in Droitwich twice now, after buying my Evoque from Sytner Land Rover, Coventry in May 2023. I have had endless problems with the car & staff at Sytner since buying the car. The car has been 5 times to Sytner Coventry and when it needed further work I decided to take the car to another approved JLR dealership and selected Listers.What an absolute dream it has been to work with Listers. They have been helpful from the off and have repaired multiple faults on my car that Sytner stated were not faults. (One of which was a message saying ‘Low Battery’ on a regular / sometimes daily basis on the dashboard, which Sytner told me regularly was not faulty)Ravi has been very helpful throughout and updated me at all the relevant times on the two occasions that I have attended.The staff that I have encountered during my two visits have been pleasant and delightful. No one looking down their nose at you and treating you with just kindness, sadly something Sytner Coventry failed to do on each visit.Ravi has (hopefully) helped me to start to fall in love with what I thought was my dream car and restore my trust and confidence in Land Rover.

My first review was after only a few months of purchasing my new car (and under lockdown), now it's 4 years old and time I feel for an updated review of Listers Droitwitch..On purchasing the car, the sales team were helpful, and the process was effortless.There have been a few issues with my car, but the service team have always bent over backwards to assist.The last point I have to say is what I think makes a dealership, how do you feel about a purchase a couple of years down the line, and after driving away your new car all interaction is with the service department (some other dealerships I think forget this).New LR is ordered with Listers, just waiting on the delivery, that's how happy I am with their service.

A great sales experience from Tom W when purchasing our new Defender. Our expectations were set around delivery lead times and then exceeded when the vehicle arrived sooner than expected allowing us to take the car on a family trip the day after collection.
