Dire!Took 30 minutes for 2 Americanos then after another 25 minutes we had to ask what had happened to our food order which they had appeared to have forgotten, about another 10 minutes and the food arrived by which time we had finished our coffees. I had ordered avocado and poached egg on toast but received avo with FRIED egg. My wife had poached egg on toast, all the eggs were overdone and hard. The young girl serving was obviously overwhelmed trying to take orders, make coffees and serve the tables so can't blame her they need to get the staffing sorted. Several parties left without ordering.

Waited a long time for our order. The cakes on offer were right at the front of the counter and mostly not covered. This bothered me a lot. Staff not friendly. Don't recommend!

Visited today with my daughter 12.00pm ish food ordered etc waited 20mins so asked where our order was as others who came in afterwards got theres before us. Spoke to a really nice lady. Order had been lost and mistakes can happen but easily rectified and complimentary coffee given due to waiting etc for too long. Food lovely as always and been before and will continue to go as its a really nice place and staff are nice and friendly.

Went yesterday for a coffee and breakfast, ordered 3 full breakfasts for just under £9 which was bearly worth the effort. Asked for toast with it and found out that it was £1 per slice of toast!!! Ordered 2 hot chocolates that were cold and a mocha.Not worth the hassle which is unfortunate because it looks like a nice cafe but cannot justify the price for the little amount that u get.

my little girl was playing at the play area and the kids seats are too tall and no back rest, my little girl fell of the chair and banged her head, no one came out to check on her and to offer a cold compress, it wasn't busy as there was us and one other person.

Open until 4pm. Stop serving food at 3pm. Weird. Didn't say anywhere this was the case in the shop or menu. I visited at approximately 3:15pm on29th September, 2023,and wanted a soup and was told that food stops being served at 3pm. There is a worrying trend of this happening in various eateries but to stop serving food one hour before closing time is a bit absurd in my opinion.

Ordered food and tea, got tea after 10mins, no food. After waiting 30 mins asked where food was, they had forgot us. Got money back and went somewhere else. This was the 3rd time of poor service. Will not be a 4th.

We've just had breakfast here! We noticed the breakfast menu while visiting for coffee and decided to try it. We were not disappointed! Gorgeous breakfast, lovely pot of tea and a lovely atmosphere to enjoy it all in.We thoroughly recommend this place for coffee and breakfast!
