Very poor company. Just out for their slice of the pie when a loved one has passed away. Shocking firm, avoid at all costs!

Absolutely awful estate agents to deal with. Went to view a house...made an offer on day 1. No response from the estate agent. Phoned back a few days later to be told a number of offers had been made on the property but wouldn't disclose if there were any offers higher than our offer as we were willing to increase ours. Called back nearly a week later to say another offer was accepted and they had taken the property off the market despite us saying we wanted to increase our offer. Worst estate agents ever dealt with.
