I phoned and checked for Ariat Heluride 11 boots and the girl was very polite and helpful. She found my size and they were ready for me to pick up. Strong, stylish leather, and waterproof .The shop is amazing. And I got a loyalty discount. I will return.

Nice shop but didnt like the fact that I wasnt even 3 steps in the door and woman behind the counter was straight on me asking what I was looking for. I personally find this rude , it's almost as if she didnt trust me and all I wanted to do was look around.

I'd just like to say 'thank you' to the staff at Track Right. Nothing is ever too much trouble, (even if my girls spend 40 minutes deciding on what they want). They all know their stuff, and they simply take the time to make sure the customer is happy, and more importantly correctly fitted in the equipment they have been sold. There is always a smile to greet you when you walk through the door, and it's just a friendly and pleasant environment. So, thanks ladies (and Simon) for just being simply lovely !!

Amazing people, very friendly and helpful. Wanted an item embroidered and they were so accommodating. Have brought many horse products here and this is our go to shop for horse related products. The staff are always helpful and will answer questions and help with purchasing the correct product.

I picked up a pair of riding gloves from here that turned out to be faulty. After calling up and discussing the quality of the product they asked me to bring them back in so they could take a look. They refunded me in full

Excellent advice given, very nice shop, good selection. Parking was easy on our weekday visit but don't imagine it being more difficult at weekends.
