Great experience with Matthew the pharmacist for travel vaccines. Super nice guy who made even getting vaccines enjoyable

So pleased to come across these products on a random stopover at this shop. I am a great fan of these over glasses for a long time and was down to my last pair . So I happily grabbed 3 pairs and know that it would last a couple years more. Hopefully they would not be discontinued.

I went into get passport renewal photos done and the staff were so lovely and knowledgable. The photo process took less than 10minutes to do and came out perfect. Within an hour of uploading the photos online my passport was approved. Very reliable place to get photos done and so cheap to, it cost me £6.

The photographer was friendly and explained everything to me. However, when the board displayed 6 photos print for £9 I presumed it applied for all. I wasn’t told that I’ll only receive 2 photos for that price since the size requirement was bigger. I thought a reputed company like yours is transparent about the costs and services provided. I was very disappointed.All photographers chargers a flat rate for the fixed number of ID or passport photos wherever I’ve enquired and got mine printed. This was quite shocking and outrageous. I was also told I won’t be given a refund if the photos were rejected, only fresh photos would be taken which won’t serve the purpose at that time. After I came home, I observed the photos closely, the photographer told me that she changed the background. However, it was cropped out and changed to white and a tiny portion of my dress was taken out due to that edit. I’m sure your photographer should be aware that edits like that aren’t allowed on passport photos. The edit is very obvious when looked closely.I wrote to customer service which never responded.

This pharmacy in Union Street Aberdeen, has got a pharmacy on the ground floor, a lower ground floor with typical products from Scotland, some specifically for tourists. There were also soaps, candles and lotions from small Scottish very good quality suppliers.There is an amazing display of teddy bears many of them from the German company Steiff.There is also a cafe at the basement where you can get cakes, biscuits, sweet treats, soup, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and panini, plus drinks

A little hard to find because the signage is not great, but they are friendly and well stocked.

Superb experience today when getting my flu shot.All staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the process was swift and efficient.Nurse was superb and reassuring.Great effort!

I walked in this pharmacy today for the first time . I was after a specific moisturiser that I luckily found quickly, however I decided to have a look at other products, that I don’t normally see in other shops. I am quite particular about my skin, so I spent a few minutes looking at the ingredients listed on a few items.Moving on, the reason why I decided to post this comment was the fact that I felt so very uncomfortable as from the moment I walked in, one of the shop workers/pharmacists went behind the tills which were in close proximity to the moisturisers I was looking at and looked at me for the entire time. I felt watched in a very persistent way and I gave up on buying anything else.Nonetheless, I am a retail manager myself and I understand we are living difficult times which make people more likely to put something in their pocket and walk out, but I am sure there is a more subtle way of doing things.Today you could have gained a regular customer, instead you gained a negative review and a promise I will never step foot in this pharmacy again.

I am so disappointed by Michie’s, a place I would always recommend as THE pharmacy for help and guidance. I booked an ear appointment 9 days ago for my teenage son, explained everything on the phone having been referred from the GP.Now, today, less than 3hrs to my appointment and over a week of discomfort, I am told the nurse is ‘not comfortable’ doing the appointment so they are cancelling!This isn’t the service I expected from a local pharmacy like Michies. Totally let down. I WON’T be enquiring again.
