Useless, have no idea what they are doing. Cannot provide a timely confidential service and contravene all professional guidelines. Confidential information is shared with all waiting in the queue even though they have a consultation room.They do not order repeat prescriptions on time despite claiming to providing the service when you sign up.Staff do not adhere to the standards expected by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Training/retraining is urgently required.Zero stars is most appropriate

Needed to sort out a prescription as I'm working away from home. Spoke with Demi who was very understanding and knowledgeable of how to fix the issue for me. She contacted my local Boots, and after many many attempts for an hour to get through she apologised for them not answering their phone. I believe that at this time with many mean things being said about the health service this young lady is an asset to her team and today I'm thankful for all her help.

This is a very dire place now as they always get my prescription wrong as do the GPS .Use any other chemist chain and you'll have better service

A couple of years ago I had a swollen eye lid and went to Boots pharmacy and was prescribed Golden Eye" ointment which cleared it up straight away. My 8 year old son had the exact same issue so I popped in to Boots today."Hello

Have to say this is one of the worst Boots in terms of service. Went to purchase a few items recently and the only person available to serve me was the chemist (brunette). In the time I was waiting, nearly 10 minutes, she was doing everything else but serving, despite noticing me in between her various activities. I ended up putting my things back and walking out. Not what I expect from a brand of Boot’s size, please train your employees better.

The services at this store is appalling. I have never experienced such a pharmacy whose procedures need to be revised as this is a dangerous service these people are creating. Prescriptions are never ready even though their text service says they are. Today my partner went to collect a prescription sent by my GP which is life threatening condition and needs to be taken immediately only to be told it would not be available under late this afternoon despite my GP phoning them prior to collection, to make sure they would have it ready for immediate collection. I will be taking this further, after months of shoddy service I am forced to change my chemist. I hope other report this pharmacy.
