We rang for a quote on a property we are looking to buy. He told us a price and that he would go and look at it and send us a quote for the work. After 2 weeks the estate agents contacted him and he said he refuses to do the quote and he was never interested. It would have been nice to have been told this when he quoted and said he'd do it. Complete time waster, takes away my confidence in professionals, just hoping there's actually some decent trades people out there somewhere
