I’ve never had my nails done before and wasn’t too sure what to expect!My toe nails and hands look perfect! The ladies made me feel comfortable and advised on the best treatments I should go for! Very clean and still using PPE as per the Government Guidelines.I will definitely be going back.Thank you ladies

I went on 28 August 2023 for eye brow threading. Shockingly bad experience. Lady totally ruined my eyebrows that’s despite me explaining what I wanted at the start. Worst yet, she still proceeded to charge me full price! Terrible customer service. Still can’t believe I paid it. I will not be returning. Horrible customer service and skills levels.

I went to have my brows waxed and was completely burnt 2 days ago and the lady who did my brows did not even have the audacity to tell me that My eyelids had sores. When I got into my car I looked into the mirror and had a shock of my life and up to now I am in pain and my eyes have got sores. I would not recommend and am taking this further

Always go here to get my pedicures done. I love that they don't use electric nail files as they are so bad for your nail health. They take the time to apply foils to your nails to remove previously applied shellac.Have had my toes done with Jasmine and Athena, both of whom are lovely to chat to and do a great job!

I have been going to Serenity Farnborough for a few years now - mainly for eyebrow threading, upper lips waxing/threading and nails. I must say I have never been disappointed by quality of service, cleanliness and warm, friendly staff. I totally recommend the place for any services. The prices are also reasonable and worth to pay for the service. The only downside is the waiting times sometimes but that just proves how popular and good they are. Although some of the services can be booked.

Yazmin is very professional and does an amazing job at my eyelashes, this is the second time i’ve had them done with her and I won’t go anywhere else. She takes time and makes sure you’re happy at every step.UPDATE: Went back recently and it was different, the eyelashes irritated and burnt my eyes so much I had to take them off, must have changed glue without making me aware
