Pretty quick and customer friendly service.Only thing to complain - and that's more about the delivery driver - is that I haven't received a notification slip about any failed delivery attempts.

Parcel was meant to be delivered within 48 hours and was due to be delivered between 3.30-4.30 on a Friday. At 6 the delivery update said the parcel was return to the depot without any other explanation.Called the Center only to be on hold for almost 1 hour managed to get through at 6.55 only to be told that my delivery will now be delivered on Tuesday since Monday is also a bank holiday. I asked why it couldn’t be delivered on Saturday but was told it was almost closing time so she couldn’t put a note through, i asked to be connected to a manager which she didn’t do and cut the phone on me.Worst customer service. Paid for 48 hour delivery only for the delivery to take 5 days, scammers. If u can’t delivery in 48 hours why charge people extra for it, they’ve taken the money but won’t deliver the parcel on time.

Absolutely useless, I dread anything coming from parcelforce, as they have almost ALWAYS messed up deliveries, then tell you to collect in Kidlington depot. No tracking number given on calling card. Waste lots of time going to collect it and it is inevitably not there either. Their staff training is obviously seriously lacking when they can't follow their own protocols or communicateeven within their own company.

The most garbage organisation I ever encountered in my hole life on this earth .Lies misleading and abuse .They are so embarased so they put a robot to deal with their dirt .I hate them from my entire being .I hope they will be dimateled .They are emotional terorists .

The advice the will deliver between 8.40 to 9.40 I'm at the school run at that timeLive a message to the deliver how didn’t care call the help centre they make me wait 30 minutes before answering. Explain the situation and the only option is or re send at the same time how is not working for me or collect from them at 17.30 30 minutes away without traffic but on rush our how knows.Or pay extra for Saturday delivery.So or I do there job or pay extra.Really niceDon't help out costumer at allIf you can avoid!!!!!!!!So professional

My parcel was not delivered, something happened to the vehicle/driver. After 1.5 hours on the phone to their call centre I went to the depot the chap behind the desk dealt with the issue swiftly and with a smile...the human touch!

Parcel was meant to come yesterday, the drivers name was called ali he Never turned up. his gps suddenly went off around 3pm fancy he just couldn’t be bothered anymore and decided to relax in the van, nice one.

I often picking up parcels from Kidlington depot as is faster then waiting for them to turn up to the house and only once i was dealing with awesome lady(colour hair one,very friendly and happy to help.Awesome human)Rest of them are muppets.

Really wish I'd seen these reviews before using Parcelforce. Paid for next day delivery. Next day the tracking number isn't even on Parcelforce's system. Was sent back to post office to make sure it had left; it had. Phoned customer service back and manager REFUSED to take my call as the tracking number wasn't on their system - which was the basis of my complaint. Goodness only knows what the driver has done with my parcel or if it will ever arrive safely. And the staff, whose wages are paid by customers using the company, clearly just don't care!!

Had to collect an item from the Parcelforce Worldwide Kidlington depot at Langford Locks.The depot is easy to find and is open on a Saturday morning.The staff are friendly and helpful.The item was large and wrapped in thick grey plastic.Some of the substantial clear plastic tape used to seal the item had become detached in transit - probably, because the easiest method of gripping the item was to grasp it at a corner, where the thick plastic had been folded into a flap.Parcelforce is an economical service. The delivery time window that you are given covers several hours - it's easy to miss a delivery.Delivery to a local post office is more convenient for smaller items.
