Staff always very helpful everything is very organised tidy and clean. Don’t understand why people have to flytip old mattresses on Carnmoney Hill with this facility being so near.

Easy access location, wide range of recycling options, helpful staff to guide and support. Only household waste accepted. During Covid times, need a booking to access with 15 minute slots available through out day. Need vehicle registration and can book from Newtownabbey Borough Council residents only. Enough slots available.

I went to this place as my recycling centre was randomly closed for days.I arrived here to be confronted by a man who is paid to sit all day and check ID so that the recycling is from Newtownabbey residents only! I had to return home with everything......This is how our rates money is mismanaged and no doubt will be increased again!!

Have been doing lots of recycling just recently. Bookings on line. Every time I show up the guy is very ignorant. Today he asked for personal identity checked my driving license then asked for a bill to prove my identity? Is this normal? Apparently its happened a lot. I thought he was going to arrest me for going through the proper process. Have spoken to friends and family Apparently its happening all the time with this person. Maybe worth looking into

Good facilities, although with new Covid regulations you must book a time slot before arriving as of the current date May 2021. Friendly helpful staff too.

This place is the best. Arrived woth a car load of rubbish..the guys on site had it all away by the time I got out of my car.Very friendly and helpful staff..
