We used Kent Flooring to provide the karndean flooring and carpeting for our shop and 15 room business centre in Gravesend. I had previously used Marc and his team for my kitchen flooring at home - so I knew what to expect. The job was superbly carried out by a very skilled work force who just got on with the job and clearly knew their stuff. Afterwards, all the other building contractors who had been on site remarked what a great job they had done - a quality company.

Mandy very polite and knowledgeable in products and accommodating when I visited the showroom but thereafter my experience was poor as requested for someone to come and measure up my kitchen for new Amtico flooring after deciding my choice of Tiles spend almost 3 weeks chasing for this and a quote but Mark was too busy and never available to do this local quote. Disappointing and therefore went elsewhere.

I booked the company on the recommendation of a friend and am so pleased I did. The whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish. The boss, the office staff and the fitters were all great.

Thought the company was great from start to finish. Mandy at the showroom was lovely and had alot of knowledge. Marc was very professional and helpful when he came round to give us an estimate. Then bob was the man who laid our floors and we found him to be a really lovely, honest and friendly chap with lots of experience and again great knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble.we are really happy and would definitely recommend

Poorly managed company. Reasonably priced, great up front, Mandy very helpful, even the fitters were nice guys. However the quality of finish left a bit to be desired. Floors were not level around the edges and looked terrible when skirting board was put in. When I asked for a surveyor to come and inspect and try to remedy the issue. NEVER heard another word. Good at chasing the money though!!

I was very pleased with the Amtico flooring installed by Kent Flooring within days of placing the order in. The fitters were very professional, courteous and tidy. They even helped move a suite back into the room when the job was done! I can thoroughly recommend this product and Kent Flooring. Very happy.

Requested a quote, showed my requirements. As of six weeks heard nothing back and chasing is being ignored. Some fairly extensive work was being discussed, so very disappointed at the total lack of commas or interest

Just had to say what a great service I had from Kent flooring, nothing was too much trouble and Mandy in the showroom was really helpful and found an alternative flooring when the one we ordered was out of stock. Mark came around and measured and let me arrange the day I needed the floor fitted and quoted a very competitive price. Finally, Bob the fitter was fast , efficient and a craftsman the floor looks great. Look forward to doing more business with them. Many thanksSteve

A nightmare dealing with Marc and his team and I regret the time I took the decision to go with Marc and his Kent flooring team. Marc came across very courteous initially and he gave a quote which was £600 cheaper for luxury Vinyl flooring including Amtico. We went to the showroom and he said that he would take some payment initially and the rest of the payment only after we were happy with the flooring. We ensured he wrote down the right flooring code to avoid confusion and I rechecked along with an independent witness. He sent us a couple of emails for which the attachments couldn't open.He then persisted that we pay him 50% asap and over the weekend otherwise there would be big delays in the installation to which we readily agreed. I called his office and spoke to Mandy who said that everything was fine and in place . When the flooring arrived, it was completely different from what we had ordered. Quite evidently he sent us attachments with the wrong (read left over flooring). When we called, he shouted at us, his manager Mandy stopped taking calls and said that in one of the emails he had written (in super small print) that he needs all payment in advance of installation. We were shocked and he said if we want to replace the raw material, he would charge us approx 700 more. After in numerous calls he called us 'STUPID' and told us to pay 700 more straightaway and threatened that if we dont pay 700 more, none of our money will be returned (more than 5K). He then further said that if we dont pay 700 more theer and then , our fitting will be delayed because he needs to order the flooring straightaway. Left with no choice and blackmailed, we paid 700 more and then another week went by where we were told that the flooring is taking time to arrive. After 7 days we thought of calling the floor supplier who said that they had not received any order from Kent Flooring. I.m called Marc who shouted and sweared at me and questions 'Why I went behind his back'. After that incident the flooring did arrive after another but Mandy and Marc stopped responding or started lying about installation. They installed my flooring finally after 3 months but the job done by them is extremely poor (with the flooring coming out). The work is still incomplete and we have been chasing Mandy and Marc for 8 months. I will be going to the Trading Standards and also to court. Please save yourself from this company and don't be misled by their false promises. You will notice that there are various companies registered on the same address which should have given me a warning. please feel free to contact me if you need further details
