Booked a 45min back, neck, shoulder and arm massage and but I got given a 25min massage. Therapist attempted to charged for a 45min massage until I pointed out the obvious difference in time and price.The massage itself was extremely underwhelming with little to no tension removed from any of the proposed areas. When asked about the pressure I asked for it to be firmer but nothing changed. When leaving the massage room, the lights had been switched off in the hall and main salon which is a health and safety risk and also comes across as if I’d overstayed my welcome. I hadn’t been before so this made everything even more disorientating when coming downstairs.Based on this experience, I would not return to this establishment again.

Came to the Oxford One Spa for a course of Venus freeze facials. Absolutely amazing service, I had Chelsea & Natalie do my treatments and they were both lovely and so knowledgeable. After the course my skin looks incredible and visibly tighter which was what I needed. Also had my brows and nails done here and again excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spa to anyone. Thank you, client for life!

It’s easy to book online and a great central location in Altrincham! Perfect place for a relaxing massage. I highly recommend Teshan for a back, neck & shoulder massage and/or a foot massage. The atmosphere is soothing and everyone is really friendly!

Lovely friendly salon. I downloaded the app to book. So easy and convenient especially if the salon is closed. I had a gel manicure and gel toes done by Freya. She was so lovely and helpful. I couldn’t decide between colours so she painted both on so I could choose which I preferred. Love my nail thanks Freya x

Very kind staff. Nice environment and decor. Was seen on time. Apart from that an awful experience, I got eyelash extensions which looked great after she had finished them, although 6 eyelashes came out within about 4 hours of leaving and they've continued to come out I now how blotchy lashes. I looked after them perfectly as well. And the excuse gave to me was that I had a watery eye. Why is it not possible to dry my eye and then continue?? Not happy. Its been less than a week and I barely have any lashes left

As usual, Teshan did an amazing job on my nails. Her attention to detail and perfectionism is incredible. A true nail professional. As usual, the salon was immaculate and the friendly welcome and relaxing atmosphere makes any visit a real treat.

I’ve been visiting Oxford One Spa for a while now, I’ve had the Venus freeze and the Dermalux.More so the Venus freeze, I can really see the difference with my skin.Staff are always polite and professional and make me feel welcome.

I had a really bad experience yesterday for a pre-holiday exfoliation and spray tan.The exfoliation was listed as being 30 mins, but it was 10 mins of being brushed. Then the spray tan went horribly wrong, it was dripping and patchy, far too dark. The lady eventually got the manager who tried to help. But I had to be showered-down and scrub it all off in the paper thong, which was humiliating. I also had a reaction to the tan on my face, which went bright red. They just said that had happened once before and should go down. They offered to re/spray but I decided not to risk it and do a tan myself at home. I still have stained feet and hands so this was disappointing before my holiday. Would not recommend despite the managers efforts to help.
