The Kings Head
Stayed at The Kings Head for a wedding over the weekend and was extremely happy with our room, Keppel. The location of the hotel is stunning and quaint and the service was absolutely impeccable. We had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning and I cannot fault it in the slightest. I can’t fault anything about our stay in fact it was perfect and we will definitely return.

Went for a Christmas meal with friends 8 Dec. Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. We weren't rushed at all and left very very full. Excellent value for money.

Superb pub and one of a kind. Exceptional food with locally sourced produce cooked to a high standard with the added ‘wow factor’ so many pubs fail to achieve. Been twice over the past month and both times didn’t disappoint! Had the pie of the day on both occasions and would highly recommend :)

Stunning little place, remote l and isolated, lovely to get away from the A roads. A very welcome change from the dreaded premier in that are frequently booked by my superiors.Super friendly staff to welcome you on arrival.I was booked a single room and it was tiny, a real hobbit house, but lovely fixtures, fittings and furnishings.Modern yet traditional and exceptionally clean!Breakfast was lovely. Eggs cooked to perfection and lovely local sausage.10/10. I would certainly recommend to anyone and visit again.Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Well cooked, well presented and well looked after. Just outside Norwich which is ideally located to the city. The Carpaccio was one of the best I have ever had and the Venison pie was full to the brim with filling (rare these days) surrounded by a fantastic buttery shortcrust case. Chocolate Fondant was well balanced and not too rich. Really couldn’t fault it. Great service, very friendly staff with some nice craft beers on draft.

A delightful village pub/restaurant with a lovely warm atmosphere. Staff were polite and efficient. We pre ordered the 2 course xmas menu, turkey roast and game pie followed by baileys cheesecake and sticky toffee pud.Couldn't fault the quality of food and service.Will certainly visit again!

A beautiful, peaceful oasis of calm in a busy world. It felt like slipping into a warm and comforting gentle world with the team earnest and willing with no edge, no attitude just utter charm and ease. Room was cosy, The wine list was extensive and carefully constructed (not that I know much about wine, equally, I sense someone with a good nose" there!) and the menu was lovely (one with ingredients sourced within 48 miles so we got to sample new things we might not have tried AND feel virtuous cutting food miles along with supporting specialist local producers) and breakfast was a daily delight. Thank you so much to one and all for enabling total decompression after a challenging year for us - we will "do an Arnie" (we'll be back!)."

We were attending a funeral nearby, travelling from Oxfordshire. On finding this pub had a couple of apartments four of us decided to share apartment 1. Super clean & comfortable with a lovely living space plus spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.It allowed us to be together and decompress in peace & quiet.Food is fabulous, staff really friendly & helpful.If we get the opportunity we would return!

Went for an evening meal with friends. Hidden gem. Fantastic service fantastic food. Never been before but would go again today if I could!
