I went in to the Chester store last week and was greeted by Emma who had remembered my name from the last time I was in which was around 3mths ago. She's such a pleasant young lady and always so helpful and deserves a lot of credit for customer service skills. She feels more like a friend than a sales assistant.

In the chester branch there is a young lady called Lauren.She was very very helpful, helped me with everything I needed, made sure I got what I wanted and was very pleasant.Definitely recommend talking too her with any issues you have

Came in looking for a watch 10bar water resistant with a chronograph. Great service by Abbie, super welcoming and knowledgeable! Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend!

Great customer service by Jas, who greeted us and showed us where to find what we wanted. She stayed with us and my wife tried on the chain she wanted. She made pleasant conversation and made us feel happy and comfortable to shop in H Samuel Chester!

Popped into the Chester store. And was greeted by a friendly smile from Alex.He looked after us and ensured we got the right watch for my dad. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent service and he’s a credit to the Chester store.

We popped in to get our daughters watch altered and we were served by Alex. He was a well presented young man, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew the ins and outs of all the products. First time buying anything at a jewellers which was for a Christmas present, had very good service. Served by Erin at the store and would recommend going here! Polite, friendly, down to earth and very helpful!

Thank you to Lauren for helping me find my christmas present. Lauren was extremely helpful, patient and had a lovely kind nature. When picking out watches to try on she was more than happy to assist. After choosing my favourite watch, with the help of my mum and Lauren being very positive and happy about my decision I needed some links taken out. Within no time at all Lauren came back for me to try it on again and was very accurate with how many that needed to take off, I did want to try with another link back on which she did then decided without it fit best for me and she was more then happy to do so to make sure it fit perfect which I appreciated a lot. Thank you Very much Lauren for your amazing customer service, I had a delightful experience finding the watch which was perfect for me.
