In-Time

After taking my wristwatch to a so-called watchmaker in Sidwell Street, for a service, I was left very disappointed by the length of time it took and the standard of work. Rather than get into an ugly confrontation, I chose to try and remedy the situation myself. This led to my watch becoming damaged.Luckily I happened across 'In Time' watch repairs in Princesshay. Pete was fastidious in getting to the root of the problem and carried out the necessary repairs in a very timely and high quality manner. I am delighted with his work and will be returning in the future for servicing of other automatic watches and possibly upgrading the crystals in some of them.You can be assured of a professional and friendly service at a very reasonable price. I am personally delighted.

Well what can I say, not many places you get service and quality, stopped in to get an old chain Cleaned that holds sentimental value, it wasn’t an issue I was told, pop back in an hour it will be good as new. Dam not wrong about that biggest shout out, incredible place, going back to fix my old watch.THANK YOU SO MUCH HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS

I caught my watch in something and managed to bend a pin in the strap causing it to split. I dropped my watch off here and was told it would be 10 minutes; came back just under 10 minutes later and it was done already. They even replaced a pin on the opposite side that had been causing issues too. Fast, friendly, did what I hoped and a bit more too, 100% recommend!

Ended up there on recommendation by Goldsmith of Exeter, only to find out that the screws were damaged by the use of inappropriate tools.This shop is at best suitable for common fashion watches, otherwise stay away.Whilst staff was friendly, the damage done to a Cartier watch was costly. After inspection he should have never touched.

I wanted to have my husbands old watch repaired. It's been unused for years! The strap needed changing and it was an awkward one. They changed the battery and fixed an internal fault. The watch is like new! Amazing service from everyone. I've now got a very happy husband. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this shop!

Excellent service from this business. Ihad a repair and service on my 1970's omega watch at a very reasonable price which compared very favorably to nearby independent jewellers .Works completed within suggested time frameWould strongly recommend them

My Tissot watch strap started to fail and would have cost over £140 to replace. I gave In-Time a try without much hope. They were brilliant. Fixed it within 20mins and cost £5(I would have payed more).Just dropped in again to tighten the strap a touch, 2mins zero cost.Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was looking to change a watch strap and an initial online search took me to In-Time in Exeter. I was greeted by Iona who stayed with me throughout my visit. Iona gave me knowledgable advise about replacing the strap and nothing was too much trouble for her. A strap was found, fitted and purchased. This was my first visit to In-Time and I was very impressed with the high level of customer care. First class!

Wonderful shop, went in to get some work done on my Seiko 5 and couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service.
