25th Aug 2023 we had to rush our bulldog to the vets with suspected seizures. The vet that cared for her was called Claire and I would just like to say I have had many dogs and seen many vets but never have I ever come into contact with such an incredible vet as her. She was sympathetic, she listened to our wishes and concerns, she gave cleo the most amazing treatment and when it came to collect cleo on the 26th August 2023 she explained things with us with such detail and what she had managed to research that I just wanted her to know how incredibly grateful we are all the staff there and to Claire. Cleo may have this head tremor for life she may not but Claire definitely made us feel better in the prognosis going forward. So thankyou all at the emergency vets in kesgrave we appreciate all you have done x

Referred to Vets Now as out of hours service for our own surgery, Saxon Vets. They saw our dog very quickly even on Coronation Saturday late afternoon. Their service was professional and their staff friendly and attentive. Costs were reasonable considering the circumstances of our visit.

The First Lady I spoke with was amazing, very understanding and sympathetic about my dogs health and current situation. I have never had to call out of hours vets so just asked for further information, I was told I’d be put on hold, only to be put through to one of the vets at the practice. I didn’t get his name as he never introduced himself. In fact, he was completely out of order in the way he spoke to me. Extremely patronising and condescending, telling me I may struggle to pay? this ended in me putting the phone down and frantically calling another surgery. May I add £300 just to make an appointment! An absolute joke of a service from this man.

Very clear with what would happen. Amber the attending Vet explained everything very thoroughly and ensured we understood the medication and how to contact them if any deterioration. She also discussed next steps and how we could take our dogs treatment further with our own Vet on Monday. Overall very happy with service and advice given.

It was a busy night for everyone, and there were a couple of emergencies before me and Henry. Henry was taken to be traiged as soon as we got there, and i was kept updated throughout. I was given wonderful advice and my Henry was looked after with the greatest care. Im really greatful for everyones help, thank you!

Amazing team, we were welcomed with warmth and care. The vet took good care of my puppy, had blood tests done and discussed everything with me. Also prescribed medication for him and the following day he started to feel better. Also lots of thanks to the receptionist which took time to explain how things are working and helped me sort things out with the insurance company.

We had to use Vets Now at 8am on Christmas morning despite this unsociable time the vet and staff were amazing. They were kind, compassionate, reassuring and explained clearly the problem our black lab was experiencing (Vestibule disease which is very distressing to witness and for the dog). They gave us various scenarios and information so that we could make an informed decision as to what to do next. It was agreed to keep our girl in for 24hrs so they were on hand to administer meds and we would assess her condition after that. Later that day the vet called to say Rosie was well enough to come home!!! That was the best Christmas present we could ever have.

Think very carefully before bringing you're pet here for an out of hours appointment if you can find an alternative solution or wait until normal hours please do it...this service is disgustingly expensive regardless of how they will most probably attempt to justify the costs in a response to this very honest review... I have fallen for the emotional blackmail tactics used by the staff here stupidly more than once...it really is totally unacceptable BE WARNED!

Very good service in my emergency situation while staying at my holiday home, quick and extremely professional and understanding. However, I did find it over priced compared to the emergency vets in London near my home, especially for antibiotics, £92 for 9 tablets. Online I could have got them for £18. That's extremely over priced for medication, nearly 5 times the cost.

Excellent service, the staff and vet were amazing and basically saved our cats life. If they were not there he definitely would have died. An important service to our town, thank you.
