Unable to drink, purchase or access water. Sadly relative to how people see you when support is required. I appreciate acid attacks are a concern but an in-house water fountain or water machine would remove that concern. Deaply disappointed inhumane stance.

Trying to explain has I have tryed to downsize for 7 months and they are still not allowing me to bidClaire Howitt is disgusting how she slams the phone down before u have even spoke to her, rude an disrespectful towards people with mental health and had make my health even worse by her rudeness.. and telling my support worker she will fast track it still wks later I am waiting. Absolutely bad, no one listens to what doctors are telling them, another doctors letter requested so another £25, will it take suicide to get through to people how bad my sons ASB is!!!!

The dinner was nothing like people said having no teeth. I can normally eat anything, but this time, I was proven to be wrong. Never again, me and the wife left our meals and walked away not to look back.

Useless for people with disabilities, wanted the right place had my name down for a disabled bungalow someone else played the landlord privately so I was told just don't believe this day and age their is no care in the system

I am a disabled person in s top floor flat with no lift I find it hard going up and down the stairs only have a bath I find that hard to getting in and out.home point just keep saying you need this you need that.i am getting fob of all the time.i am have have them letters of my doctor and my physio but that's still ent good enough.woy is one to do?.
