Coulson James dealt with the sale of the family home after the death of our parents. Sadly, the initial indication regarding achievable price and timescales did not prove accurate but it was not the estate agents who trashed the British economy shortly after the house went on the market…Although the process was slow with some false starts, buyers were found eventually and happily the matter proceeded to completion.We do not live locally and Coulson James were mindful of this and helpful throughout, recommending contractors for things like maintenance of the empty property. We felt confident leaving them to provide access for house clearance, taking meter readings etc. Ellis always responded to queries promptly, usually the same day.We can happily recommend Coulson James for anyone in the unhappy position of having to deal with an estate sale.
