Ebbw Vale Health Centre : Dental Clinic

Phoned for a dentist for my elderly mum who's 83 and house bound and had no dentist.Information was referred and had a home visit from the community dentist. Absolutely brilliant service from the two amazing ladies that came and helped my mum. Extracted the broken tooth that was causing her so much pain and discomfort. They were very friendly and professional. After the treatment, they said they would make an appointment for her to attend a local clinic to get the necessary further treatment that she requires.Couldn't be happier at the service given and appreciation for travelling so far for my mum...AMAZING!!......Thankyou.

Very condescending towards parents, took my 4 year old in for a check up. The dentist and assistant openly discussed how unhappy they were with his teeth in front of my 4 year old rather than pull me aside at the end and continued to talk down to me as a parent, asking ridiculous questions like does he eat sweets?" and "does he drink squash?". When trying to put forward that he is a 4 year old child and eats as much as the average child and that we do try to stress the importance of his dental hygiene
