I cannot recommend HD Tribe highly enough. From start to finish they helped our family send our mum off in a way that was exactly what we wanted and enabled us to have a lovely personal celebration of a long life very well-lived. Everyone was kind, caring and beyond helpful and I cannot thank them all enough.

Peter and the team at HD Tribe were superb in every way, I cannot thank them enough. They were professional, empathetic, friendly, personable and they were helpful from start to finish.Unfortunately, both my parents passed away within 6 weeks of each other, therefore we ended up having a double funeral which took a lot of extra time and planning.Peter helped every step of the way, dealt with everything efficiently, was so patient and offered excellent advice planning the service. Katie & Symon at the Shoreham Chapel were so kind and accommodating, the whole team went the extra mile to help.At what was a very distressing and upsetting time, everyone at Tribe's made it so easy and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and their approach was personal and bespoke. Their wealth of experience and quality really shone through. I strongly recommend them.

We can't thank everyone at Tribe enough for delivering an amazing professional, friendly, efficient, well organised and caring funeral for us. From the initial phone call to arrange things we were dealt with a professional and friendly team member. Paul who met us at the house was simply charming and as soon as we met him we were at ease and so relaxed, making the experience easy for us, which was very much appreciated at such a sad time. Throughout the organising we were communicated with and asked to double check things. We were guided and directed so well in an area that we were not experts in. The two limousines that collected us we so comfortable and clean, the drivers were charming and the journey to Tribes was comfortable for us and we all felt so very welcomed, things were explained to us throughout which meant we could relax and we knew what to expect on arrival at Tribes and throughout the afternoon. The venue is simply wonderful, and the receptionist and team here are fantastic. The service was perfect and again we were communicated throughout about what would happen next, this calming and gentle communication and direction was great and much needed when your emotions are all over the place. After the service everyone then proceeded to enjoy some refreshments. The food provided was of really high quality, and everyone commented on how lovely the brownies were. In fact someone said they were the best brownies they have ever tasted! We were driven back home again by the lovely driver and everyone continued to praise the team at Tribe for an amazing day. Lots of comments were from people saying that the venue was the best that they have ever been to and that this would be their preferred funeral directors and venue for them instead of the traditional church. I can't praise Tribe enough, from start to finish everything was organised and the day was perfect. If I could give more stars I would. We are so impressed and from our family, thank you so very much for everything.

From the moment I first approached Carol on reception at Tribes in Shoreham I was provided with both empathy and professionalism. This in particular by Symon who is in charge there. Peters funeral service was held in Tribes chapel, followed by refreshments. This week Peters Interment of ashes has been held with Symon in attendance once again. Peter is now in his final resting place, and I cannot recommend Symon and the staff at Shoreham Tribes highly enough..

The staff at the Shoreham office did a fantastic job in helping us to send Dad off at a very difficult time during Covid. Michelle in particular was sensitive, and very capable and caring and I would highly recommend HDTribe and Michelle in particular. Thankyou from the Fitzpatrick family.

I have been to many funerals over the years and this place is by far the best, it is light and airy and doesn't feel church like as the others do in brighton, you can pretty much organise and do whatever type of funeral your loved one would have liked. I want mine here.

We had our mum's funeral here yesterday and couldn't have been happier at the way it went - many thanks to Paul for all his help. This is the third funeral our family has had at Tribes Shoreham in the last 18 months - the staff are so kind, the chapel is lovely and it's so convenient moving to the comfortable suite of rooms in the same building for the refreshments after the service rather than having to go elsewhere (thanks to Fete N Lime for the delicious food and Findon Flowers for the beautiful casket arrangement). Would highly recommend Tribes to anyone.

I am writing this on behalf of my dear friend Pam Thompson who today 17.8.23 had the service for her dear husband Anthony(Tony) Thompson.The staff were so helpful and friendly , nothing was to much trouble.They accommodated all my needs and I can’t thank them enough.Symon and the team were professional and were happy to guide us through to organise and give us the best send off for Tony.
