After messaging Vale Firelogs, Tom replied promptly and I went to collect some logs to try out my new stove. Tom was very pleasant and approachable, and I felt that he genuinely cares about the environment as well as running a competitive business.The logs were still warm from the kiln and smelled great in the car on the way home, as well as looking almost too beautiful to burn! But they burn really well and throw out a lot of heat. I'm so pleased I was recommended to this company and will continue to use them in the future.
