Phoenix Instinct
I I've been on 2 trips so far with my compact bag and it's performed amazingly well. It feels great to carry my own bag - and do so in a way that I can manage. I bought the bigger bags for upcoming international travel! They're so sturdy and well built, they stand up to any other regular brand.

Used my Phoenix Instinct luggage for the first time last week on a trip to Tenerife. Thought the luggage was great, gave me independence and confidence to travel. Really functional and easy to use. Great product and cannot wait to use the luggage again.

This luggage is an excellent piece of equipment for wheelchair user travellers. For the first time in 40 years of travelling as a wheelchair user I have been able to take what I want on holiday and not just what I can carry on my lap. Pulling it instead of lifting it makes a huge difference to life.

I purchased the trolley with XL, L, Cabin size and also the backpack and I just love the system! I wish I had bought these long ago. They make travel alone perfect and allow me to be independent and not have to chase cases around an airport on my wheelchair! I am so happy with the Phoenix system - if you are considering, I wholeheartedly recommend. The quality is incredible and they just make life so much easier x

I absolutely love my Phoenix instinct bag. I have the size L bag in pink, it’s the identical pink to my wheelchair so matches perfectly. Once I found the right combination of height and spacers to get it to attach to the chair It’s been amazing. Had my first trip with it this week, it’s a total game changer - a life changer. The pain and hassle it saves me is such a relief!

I have just returned from a solo trip, I have the XL version and has been excellent for me, I went on the train with it,I wheeled around the city I visited and forgot at times it was behind me ,Its giving 100% independence on travel, I have good upper body strength and good hand control, I would suggest anyone with weaker hand control should ask what there options are for docking it to your wheelchair, excellent product, Very genuine Company to do business with.I received mine in 3 days to Ireland.
