IMO Car Wash

I arrived after 8.30 opening time, and it wasn't open. Didn't open until 9am. Not much of a problem but the worker there when I enquired how long until it was open told me 5 minutes, so I sat back in the car and waited.Another car drove in and went straight through and was served before me despite me being sat there waiting for it to open.When I was served (2nd) I told the man I was waiting for him to give me the green light that it was open - he just shrugged. He wasn't bothered.Car wash is OK, tad expensive. Won't return due to poor service.Don't turn up at 8.30am as per Google opening time.

Went for the Ultra HD pro wash. The wash was fantastic on the right side with a shine on the paintwork and no smudges on the windows. However, the whole left window was left smudged and the left tyre was still full of mud. Took the car back round and was met with a whole lot of abuse from the operator - he cleaned a small smudge off the inside of the window and pretended that there were no smudges on the outside. He refused to clean the tyre and said not to come back. When leaving the car park he said 'shows how bright you are' and told me to concentrate on my driving rather than complaining. Never again!

Came for a car clean today, left still dirty, spent all of 3 minutes going through on a triple, seems to be when the old man is in car is never clean, but when the small man is in car is spotless. Update from the last review no change used 3 more times and its pointless, its free with my insurance but won't be using again.

Just been in the car wash, paid £6.50 which is quite expensive for a pensioner. After going straight home 1 mile away, getting out the car I noticed the front was still full of flies, the wheels were still filthy, had never been touched.....WON'T BE BACK!!!Forgot to mention the old guy's a cantagerous old git.

I have used this car wash for years now, friendly down to earth staff and convenience keep me coming back. Yes it is busy at times with a long wait occasionally, yes of course it breaks down on occasions but gets fixed quickly, bit pricey when I take both cars in but wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My car is MINI Cooper , so some miss is alloy wheels are not full clean as a bit little dirty. Maybe hard reach to deep alloy wheels clean?

Owner completely unprofessional and aggressive when approached.Tried 2 vacuums, both not working. When told owner he fixed 1 and taped up the other. Only gave 1 payment back. Why should I pay for the other that's clearly not working.

People giving this car was good rating, must using a different one to me. After the wash still lots of flies on the grill, dirt streaks all over the car. Granted the car was really dirty from motorway miles but isn't that the whole idea of a car wash. Machine is old and not fit for purpose
