Freespirit Events

We received excellent service from Freespirit Events. They met all our catering needs, serving drinks and high quality canapes before an excellent 3 course served meal. We were able to choose and taste both in advance so we knew what we would be getting. They even helped make final touches to the wedding cake decoration.

Sue and the team were absolutely fantastic! From the tasting session to communication to incredible food on the day. I couldn't recommend them highly enough to cater any wedding or any event. You'll be in safe hands.

Jas and I visited this gem of a venue over Xmas 2022 and decided immediately that we would love to get married there and we booked it right away. We had Sue as our wedding event planner and she was amazing from start to finish, her wealth of knowledge and experience helped massively to bring our plans and vision together. On the day, every aspect just went seamlessly..... We enjoyed the ceremony in the lower garden at this historical venue with spectacular views as far as the eye could see on a beautiful warm sunny day. The staff were incredibly professional and on it, everything just happened without a single hitch or glitch. There is only one worthy word to describe the food and that is exceptional" with one of our guests also commenting "it is without a doubt the nicest wedding she has been to”."

Freespirit are excellent. Easy and friendly to deal with, setting up the event with them was a pleasure. On the night the organisation was brilliant, the food was amazing and the service was both attentive and unobtrusive. Will definitely be using them again.

My 80th birthday party at Sulgrave Manor worked like clockwork thanks to the excellent preparation and execution of the event by Sue and her team. The service throughout was really excellent - a can do " attitude meant that my wife and I were completely destressed and able to enjoy the event to the full. We had excellent feedback from our guests - both in terms of location

We hired FreeSpirit events for our Wedding at Hadsham farm and we have to say that Sue and her team were incredible. Not only was Sue a pleasure to deal with in the year before the Wedding, she really made arranging the catering and bar a breeze. Arranging a wedding is hard graft but we always felt that food and bar were in capable hands before and on the day. Sue and her team were incremental in ensuring the smooth running of the day and it went without a hitch.Oh and the food was delicious. We explained what we wanted and the options suggested by the chef were full of flavour. We had a mix of delicious cenepes that the guests loved, Paella for the main and a choice of vegan brownie (i still dream about it to this day) and cheesecake (which guests tell me was the best they'd ever tasted). They served an option of Vegan, Veggie and meat pizzas for evening guests which again, got rave reviews.On top of all of this, Sue and team arranged our Accommodation at The Castle at EdgeHill for myself and bridesmaids to stay the night before, as well as my family who stayed there over the Wedding, who loved their stay and the wonderful meal we had the night before the big day.Thanks you so much Sue and team!Nay & Joe Padbury-Parsons
