Fantastic service, I popped in yesterday with a problem with my frames. The staff couldn’t of been friendlier especially Naveed who fixed them there and then. Thank you and your female colleague for such a great and friendly service.

My new rimless glasses are gorgeous! Quick, efficient and much care taking making them comfortable.

I have had two pairs of glasses made for me - sunglasses (Specsavers), and another pair used the frame which I had bought elsewhere, so I needed varifocal lenses. I'm very happy with the professional service and the options available for me. The price was highly competitive too. On the day of my visit, it was not too busy, and the optician (Krupesh) gave me a lot of attention and he was able to give me great advice to help me make informed choices. I am happy to recommend this place.

My recent visit to Specsavers Winchester was a most enjoyable experience from the moment I arrived I was made very welcome and my pre test was explained very fully with a most excellent Member of staff by the name of Naveed. My eye test wascarried out with advice and I chose 2 pairs of frames at a most reasonable cost. The whole experience was a delight and I can thoroughly recommend this very professional Practice . It's not often I leave reviews but I was so impressed with the service and glasses I received from Specsavers Winchester here I am. Right from the start of the process Specsavers were really helpful. Unlike many of their competitors they had all of their glasses in store so I could try them on. They are also really well priced compared to their competitors. When it came to the eye test and fitting their lenses I felt I was in very professional hands and I liked the modern technology they used e.g. the tablets used to measure the position of the lenses. I also felt that the staff went that extra mile to make the service as smooth as possible. All in all I was super impressed with the value for money, the choice, the service and most importantly the end product. I can't recommend highly enough.

Specsavers take such great care of every customer and do many checks to make sure the customer is really satisfied. I am delighted with their service.
