It is in need of a revamp as it is tired looking but still great quality products. It is let down by fruit n veg standards with items moulding far too quickly even in cool dry place or even fridge.It doesn't detract away from the quality you buy at the time. Their system in relation to harvest onto importation and to consumer may be the problem and sat in storage far too long.I know the process so it can only be between harvest and reaching the shops. Shelf life is dropping considerably somewhere along the line.Some of the staff that I come into contact with are exceptional and far outweigh the personality vacuum you get in Aldi, Lidl and MorrisonsThe lady who served me recently was the perfect example of warmth and professionalism sadly I did not get her name but I will and will proudly name her

I love the new smart shop app. Just scan, checkout, pay and go. Prices are very reasonable. And who can not like nectar points. 13 pound shop cost me 15p thanks to the points.

Good quality and variety. Have petrol station with car wash (must the days car wash are closed).Big and free car park available. Delivery place on site.Overpriced place like all Sainsburys.

This is what it says - a Sainsbury's supermarket. It is a good size, well stocked and has toilets, an externally run cafe and an instore branch of Argos but this is designed more for online collections as its stock range is very small. There is a reasonable size carpark but this can easily get very busy. There is also a petrol station which regularly sells the cheapest petrol in Peterborough. It is good for what it is but be prepared for crowds and queues.

Easy parking. Lots of choice and good quality. Sensible prices with nectar card and points. Friendly, helpful staff. Got everything I needed.

Very few staff at checkouts so long queues. The freezer section small. Dirty toilets, no one at the kiosk so was waiting some time there, very dissapointing will not use this branch again.

As supermarkets go, it's big, has a good range of food that could offer better value, an increasing number of self-checkout tills and an Argos collection point in-store as well.Plenty of free parking but there is a limit to how long you can park for (I think it's a couple of hours but not too sure).There is an onsite cafe, toilets, clothing section and homeware and greeting cards section too. It's a supermarket, it does what it's supposed to.

I was harassed by one of the workers, who came up to me wearing a hoodie, with it over his head.He came up to me, outside the shop, demanding to look in my bags. At first I thought he may have been on drugs, going by his outfit and rude, aggressive demeanor. It wasn't until a security guard came over did I find out he was an employee. He attempted to fabricate some nonsensical claims to justify his actions, ultimately resulting in me getting an apology from the security guard and going home.

Its a supermarket, usual stuff, clean, tidy.One very big positive is the ladies on the checkout.. So friendly and helpful.I refuse to use self checkout, cos it gives them the excuse to remove the biggest asset they have.. The aforementioned checkout staff..

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Sainsbury’s, my mum was so distressed at leaving a bag of shopping behind. Thankfully a very helpful lady I believe called Sharon at the store retrieved the shopping for her even offering to deliver to my parent’s house. What was even more lovely were the beautiful bunch of roses she left.
