As a family, we've been going here for 25 years. We've always loved it, but unfortunately we have finally got to the end of the road with this restaurant. We most recently attended as a group of ten for a birthday. We had a young child with us, with a severe allergy. Upon checking the allergies folder, it became apparent that the child could not have a single children's meal, other than a jacket potato. Also, they could not have a single children's dessert, so had to settle for a single scoop of ice cream. The waitress was kind enough to call the manager and we were offered what food the child could have for free, but unfortunately the new menu has destroyed any options for children with allergies.Furthermore, we were informed the food is being sourced from a new supplier, and it really shows. The steak sandwich was chewy. We had five burger meals on the table and every person who had one said the same - dry and chewy. The prices have also increased - £3 for a can of Dr Pepper?! £5 for a basic milkshake?!To top this off, the service was painfully slow. We were in there for two and a half hours. The staff were great, but they need more hands on deck. There simply wasn't enough staff.

What a wonderful place.! Found it on Google, figured we'd give it a try, and I'm very glad we did.! Very accommodating, we tried our luck by turning up without booking, managed to get us a table very quickly, staff were polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly, I had the texas combo with a fatboy, and damn.! It was amazing.! The wedges were huge and perfect, the fatboy just melted in the mouth, and the chicken was fantastic.! Also, hands down the best garlic bread I've had in a very long time.!Now, I know I've given it 4 stars, but there were a couple of small issues, that prevent me from giving a full 5. I had a coffee milkshake, and whilst it was extremely good, I believe it to be overpriced for the amount you get, and the chairs for the table needed to be more comfortable.Otherwise, a definite 4.8 out of 5, and would happily return and spend more time feeling fat and very happy.!

We came here on Sunday for lunch, and it was amazing! The 2 waitresses couldn't of been anymore helpful, the food selection, especially the vegetarian menu, was so vast! The food was delicious as well. If I'm ever back in great yarmouth, I'll definitely be going here again!

We came here back in July this year, and it was really nice, good quality food and a good amount. Unfortunately, when we came back here this week (October) the menu had drastically changed and the quality and quantity of the food had dropped significantly. The staff were friendly and understanding, but told us that it had been changed to be more like the Norwich branch, which was clearly a big mistake, and the person who decided to do that wants sacking. The new menu also featured lots of sections with red text on a yellow background which was difficult for my elderly parents to read.

I ordered the party size chicken wings they said it cones with 8 pieces. At first I was like £12 for 8 pieces? What a rip off but the wing and drumstick are still connected and they count that as one piece. So it's definitely worth getting the party size. But you're not allowed to mix and match flavors which is a shame because the normal size cone with 4 pieces so why can't you choose two flavors for the party size? Over all the taste was pretty good and the portion size is good. Would probably come back to try their other flavored wings.

First visited this restaurant in the mid 70s, when it was brilliant. Since then it's had it's ups and downs, but now it's back to its best. The food was excellent ( okay one meal came with fries not wedges but we didn't mind), burgers can be tweaked without being made to feel a nuisance, atmosphere was good and the music at the right level and era. Staff were busy but helpful. Had a really good lunch (main course only) and was in and out in an hour.

Drove past at 9 hoping they were still serving, thankfully they were very welcoming and got us a table. Lots of options on the menu and when the food came out the portions were huge and very tasty. We will definitely come back.

A solid choice for an American diner experience. This is a Zak's restaurant, so if you've been there, it's a similar quality of experience (which is good!) I had The Texas Combo, which had plenty of food and each part of the meal was enjoyable. The Western burger was also good from what I was told. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls, good music to listen to and there was some historical sporting stuff on the telly. Worth a look.

Food was great, chilli had the right amount of spice. The service was terrible everyone else was told about the special offers and it just seemed as if your a tourist they just want you in and out as soon as they could get you out, must only be for locals
