I had never been Marchella’s before. My friends recommended me to go for hair colouring as I have previously coloured my hair. You are always skeptical at first trying a new place but as soon as I went in, the warm welcome I was given from Marchella, Destiny and the rest of the team was absolutely fantastic. Just 2 minutes of conversation made me feel as if I have known them years. They could have done a bad job but the service is that good I wouldn't even complain haha. So Destiny was responsible for colouring my hair and I must admit I was absolutely blown away by how amazing my hair looked especially considering my hair is really really dark. I feel like a new man with new confidence thanks to the amazing Marchella and Destiny who made me feel so comfortable always checking up on me, asking if I want anything to drink etc. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who wants to get their hair done. Male or female. I will definitely commit to this place now because they are truly amazing. Thank you Marchella, Destiny and the rest of the team. You guys are great :)

Just went with my neighbour to have my hair cut , it's my first time here & they done a lovely job on my hair.I showed them a picture of my hair cut before & they have done a great job..Definitely go here again.

I had a cut, colour and blow dry before going away on a break a couple of weeks ago. I'm so pleased with the result. It's quite a long time since I liked my hair, but I do now. The cut remains fantastic done by the understandably award-winning Keith. Marchella, Keith and all the staff were friendly without being pushy or nosy.I noted too their charity work for those who have lost their hair from cancer, though you won't hear anything about it from them, unless you push. Charity done for the act itself, rather than PR, in itself makes them worthy of support.But, without that, I'd still be recommending them heartily as I'm so pleased with both the result and experience. I was a little stressed when I got there, but they really were wonderful. I shall go again, even from Leamington Spa.

This morning I ate humble pie when I walked into Marchella's. I had broke every rule in the hairdressers bible. Repeated colours, a harrowing tale of mobile hairdressing that didn't go as planned. A lilac colour on the underneath layers of hair disappeared after one wash leaving my hair turquoise and green. Sigh. Some parts of my hair was golden. Some were green some were silvery white. I know Keith says his comb and scissors are not wands he weaved his magic along with his girls and my hair is now restored to its finest colour cut and me is one happy bunny. Thank you Keith and Marchella. Even my OH's jaw dropped when I walked through the door. That was all the proof I needed that I had made the right decision to go back to Keith and Marchella. Thank you
