Recovery North West

Very bad company. Vehicle for recovered and when we got it back the passenger side window was stuck half way down. The electrical didn't work but it was locked up. Not wedged just locked up. When I spoke to management as soon as I told them this they was quick enough to changed there tune and say not our problem. Could of happened anytime and hung up on us. Not helpful at all. Would be careful if using these as they are just money hungry. Be warned

I had recovery through another provider, who after 4 days of phone calls and a lot of stress still haven't returned my calls to recover my carI called NWR and from the 1st phone call they knew exactly what was required to sort the job out.They came when they said and finished the recovery.BRILLIANT SERVICE

I was kept waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Had to talk to an employee via an entry system which I felt was unprofessional. The staff member on duty was playing on his phone the entire time and had little interest in assisting me. So glad when I got out of there.

Bad experience with one of there hgv recovery vehicles near killed us shocking driver unprofessional also contacted there office with full vehicle details and time also dashcam footage and they never even replied

I’m not sure about the lovely man working there aliyan maybe?But he is so nice understanding.Of course no one would like to pay for extra charge car been towed or whatever but this guy made our day!!

Got told recovery would take 60-90 minutes. Received an ETA of 14:50 which was exactly 90 minutes from booking time. Waited there at the crash scene half blocking a lane of a busy road for 6 hours and they still didn't show. I then spoke to them on the phone and they advised they could be a keyless recovery, so i left. The gets a call at 9:30pm to say they needed the keys to reciver so i had to go back to the scene to give them the keys to my van. Finally recovered the vehicle at 9:40pm!! Over 9 hours after the accident. Would never use this company out of choice, they never once updated me on what was going on.

After a breakdown involving police and obstructing local traffic for over 5hrs, life becomes unbearable. I had a recca ordered and turned up well within specified time....we drove during rush hour and guy was professional from start to finish. John from St Helens depot is a credit to the firm. Thank you for getting me back to Mansfield...

Nobody wants to have their car taken away and then having to pay an extortionate amount of money to get it back. The circumstances were unique and lessons were learnt.With that said, the young man in charge of the office, Elliot, was very patient, professional and helpful. It made a difference given the situation. Thank you, Elliot!
