A very relaxed atmosphere. Staff always very friendly. My dog had a wash and cut and looked gorgeous when finished. Highly recommend.

visited today with Floyd and was more than happy with the service, he looks and smells beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff, you can see the love they have for all the dogs, floyd came out strutting his stuff so that proves he was happy with his pampering, thankyou x

Absolutely useless .!!! Had pay a deposit of £15 to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to be told the groomer didn’t know how to groom a poodle in the lamb cut which is one of the most common cuts.I wouldn’t mind but they asked how I wanted him cut and were grooming a miniature poodle in the exact cut so I asked for that cut when I booked the dog in .I am furious as they wouldn’t cut him until he was six months old and then when I turned up they said “ he’s very long” ….no s**t Sherlock … my opinion is it was too much work for a Saturday afternoon . Avoid the place!

Lovely staff who always remember my pup and how we like him groomed. He goes in scruffy and comes out looking like a teddy bear, he gets stopped all the way out the shop.
