Paid £35 to shorten the dress and adjust the shoulders. This was meant to be a FLOOR length dress. He made the dress way too short now my lovely bridesmaid dress looks ridiculous and I'll have to buy a new one. He insisted that the length was correct and the problem was the colour of my shoes!! I was asked to pay all upfront and was not offered any money back. Really disappointed.
