Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Redditch

We had the displeasure of having a courtesy car from Stirchley Branch.I'm not sure the poor service we received was due to this being a courtesy car, so there was no incentive, to inform us about anything. We had to chase up the status many times ourselves.Car hire company with no cars!Zero updates.Fake platitudes, not followed up on.Rubbish car, falling apart, passenger glove box dropping on every bump. Tire pressure alarm showing after 2 miles, broken parcel shelf. Impossible to see driving instruments due to very poor location of the steering wheel.After being spoilt in Poland with car hire & service.Enterprise was a dreadful experience, we would never hire a car from them, EVER.I would NEVER Recommend using them either.

Van was very clean and well presented. Service was not quite what it should be as the salesperson wouldn't leave their seat at the back of the office meaning I had to shout my answers across an entire room of people (:-(

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely atrocious, checks are not done properly, staff lie to cover themselves then they blame you for damage you did not do. AVOID!

Redditch Staff at enterprise Amy and colleagues very helpful, and polite nothing to much for them. Very grateful will hire from them again. 5*

Had to change my review after my most resent experience.I booked a van in may had a few issues with the booking as it wouldn't go through, so I drove to the branch (its just down the road from me) the lady was very helpful and booked the van using her mobile.then I discover I'd been charged 4 times so I call and was told it would be sorted out asap.I then go and pick up the van, it had a flat tyre so I had to wait while it was fixed (slow puncher that kept going down over the weekend!) The mirror (lower part of it) on the drivers side was missing I was told this was not an issue... it is I was told by a police man I could have been given a ticket for this!!!fast forward a few weeks still no refund of the other charges so I call again and two of them get refunded, (I had one van not 4) another two weeks go by and I get fed-up so I call the bank who do a refund on my behalf for the last payment that was taken in error. today the back has sent back the payment as enterprise has challenged the refund I now have to spend some time going through the whole thing again with the bank!I have had good past experiences but this is a joke!!! Over the years Ive booked around 10 vans from the Redditch and Birmingham branches, safe to say I wont be using them again!

Great Place for car hire. Should have a little snack area with free cakes and pastries. A coffee machine or a friendly tea lady with a cart would be a good idea too.You can hire vans and cars here

Complete booking in online to save time in the store?15 minute wait as only one member of staff?Told car booked was mazda cx 5 got 4 yesr old vauxhall with £2000 excess and no screen wash?you can buy online a years excess insurance for the cost of 4 days at enterprise?I don't think I will becoming back enterprise
