Well priced gear, with excellent customer service. Delivery and dispatch were quick, and returning for a larger size was simple. The only downside was having to pay for return shipping and placing a separate order, as they don't offer exchanges.

I purchased some wellington boots from North Sea Workwear that split along the seam after 8 months.I contacted North Sea Workwear but they would not honour the manufacturer's warranty.Avoid this company if you expect any sort of after sales support.

Good experience, no complaints! Can't go wrong really.

I purchased a pair of safety boots which suffered from poor stitching which rendered them useless for outdoor work within 8 months of purchase under light use.I asked for a replacement but was told their warranty had expired. Fair enough - I should have checked their terms before spending so much money.Replies from customer service were terse and unhelpful. This was clearly a production fault. North Sea work wear would’t even provide me with the manufacturers details nor offer any advice.I am happy to say that I was able to contact the manufacturer myself and was offered a replacement pair free of charge.I will not be purchasing from North Sea Workwear again.
