After seeing the link on Facebook I popped in to the boutique when I passed today. Loved the peoducts and will be back to get some lovely cushions and cups when I have decided on a colour scheme. Locally made and sold, personelised products also available. Great customer service. Will be back. Thanks.

Non existent communication, poor customer service, incorrect information given in reference to the delay in my order. I was offered free items as compensation for the massive delay, which never arrived, so the order was cancelled and a full refund requested.You would have thought that paying £200, upfront, for a lampshade, Gillian Arnold would have been jumping through hoops but sadly NO!

My sister worked at the Pod in Bishop Auckland and LOVES the Gillian Arnold collection. Every Christmas she'd get me a little something and I'm hooked! Can't wait to visit the new store ⭐

Very disappointed with the service to date. Placed and paid for our order in the Darlington shop. Seven weeks on, still waiting for delivery! Contacted the shop last week only to receive very vague response and what appeared to be little recollection of the order

very disappointed with customer service, have phoned them to share the fact that I sent email making them aware I would be away from home for 2 weeks and not to despatch my ( largish/costly) order until my return... they despatched my order !!! Not good ! Hopefully the beauty and quality of the goods will make up for this poor customer service.
