Emilia O'Hara Dog Training

I scheduled a call with Emilia through her website, received a confirmation email, and even a reminder 30 minutes prior to the scheduled call. Completely ghosted me, without even a note to cancel or reschedule. Does she ghost her actual clients, too? I guess, luckily, I will never know. Received a response a day later, blaming a dog for lack of customer service and complete disrespect for other people's time.

London and Country Pet Care is a fantastic business. Emma treats our dog as if it were her own and Coco is very happy in her company in fact she is the only one able to cut her nails. The dogs love the trips out to the country where they can run around more freely. We really appreciate being able to leave our dog in safe hands whilst we are on holiday with Emma I would highly recommend this company for boarding, training and daycare trips to the country.

We cannot thank Emilia enough for all she has done.We have a rather lively 1 year old boy who had a tendency to fixate on any other dog in sight, to the point where no treat, food or distraction would work. After initially discussing this with Emilia, she advised and implemented a 'Leave it' cue to try at home. This alone worked wonders however to progress further, she took him for 1 month to really emphasise what we had started.He is like a different dog. Attentive and so much calmer, for a Klee Kai, this is all thanks to the help and training from Emilia.I have already recommended her to friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Thank you so much for all your help : )

I cannot recommend Emilia enough, she is as good with us people as she is with dogs. In just a month we've seen a huge difference in our dogs who are 9 and 5, proving no matter what age the dog is Emilia can help. Throughout the process our dogs were happy and not stressed. She works patiently and slowly through the changes we need to make, explaining why we're doing everything we are doing. Our dogs also go with her to her field a few days a week to run around which they absolutely love. Picking up and dropping back our dogs is another great part of her service. She has made such a wonderful difference for our dogs and our home life.

Emma is by far the best. We arrived in England with a very untrained, unpredictable puppy and left 15 months later with a well-behaved and fun dog. She not only helped our Labradoodle but guided us in how to best manage our frisky boy. We owe the world to Emma and her able training. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Emma more highly! Emma helped us understand our bouncy puppy and how to work with him, to get the best out of him. We have continued to ask for Emma's help and the result is that we are much nearer to having a very good dog than if we had been left to our own devices. Emma is very clear in her instructions, and calm, and also firm with the humans when required. I trust Emma implicitly, she LOVES dogs and is great company. I have no hesitation in recommending her to any dog- owner who needs practical and pragmatic input.

Emilia is an awesome dog trainer! My husband and I moved from the US to London a few months ago and we knew we needed some help our crazy pups right away. We have 2 high energy, reactive boxers that were not ready for London life. In less than 2 months we have seen huge progress in terms of reactivity and walking. Emilia is very experienced, flexible and has been so great to work with. She has trained us to be better trainers/owners and continues to provide helpful tools and options to practice/train our dogs on our own. I would highly recommend her training program to anyone that needs any help with any kind of unwanted behaviour. We are looking forward to continuing our work with Emilia.
