Coleseed Business Complex

I'm a long term tenant around eight years now, and in truth before Marshall & Robert took over the place was a mess and a haven for undesirables, break-ins were a regular occurrence and the place was poorly maintained ! The two lads have transformed the place, Proper security gates and fencing, lighting and cameras and ground work which has made a big difference to the yard surfaces. The complex is tight nit and friendly and now very well run, rents are fair and the lads are always on hand for any issues you may happen to have.

A really helpful place, safe, secure and well managed. Very happy to recommend as a great choice for your storage needs. 5 star indeed

From the offset the guys have been fantastic, really supportive and couldn't have been more helpful. We were very impressed with the site, very clean, well managed and the improvements that have been done recently are just the added bonus. Looking forward to storing our caravan here for the long haul.

Both Robert & Marshall the owners are very helpful, professional and will do anything to help you out.In regards to the complex - security is great, multiple renting options various sized workshops / units / storage containers / caravan containers etc. The site is nice, tidy and well presented. The site is constantly making upgrades, prices are very very reasonable and if an opportunity arises where the storage you need becomes available then take it as soon as you can, I don’t have a bad word I could say about the place, I live in Peterborough and I’m willing to travel here because the atmosphere and structure of this place is like no other, before finding this place I didn’t think there was a place like it for security, flexibility, price and 24/7 access! Hence why I don’t mind the commute, worth every penny in my opinion.Keep it up guys, fantastic place you have!5* Star!!!

Totally disagree with below comment by John... I have been an occupant for 7/8 years and since new ownership of the yard there has been nothing but improvements on security; full yard gate enclosure, main locked gate, 24hr cameras, flood lights etc.. there have also been no attacks or break ins during this time and there is always contact when you need it.Cheapest prices in the area, variety of storage or workshop spaces. Highly recommend for peace of mind storage.

Great value for money, excellent storage facilities, safe, secure, tidy and well managed.

Great company. The prices were extremely reasonable and the site was very secure, but easy to access for customers. The guys were always friendly and helpful, and even let me off my notice payment, due to having another customer ready to move in. It’s nice to know some people aren’t just out to make as much money as possible, and that they care about their customers.

I have been renting a storage container here for a while now and it’s a great space to hide stuff from the wife, the lads are very friendly, super helpful and really easy to deal with. The the sites being improved all of the time. There’s CCTV literally everywhere, ANPR cameras, security fencing, good floodlighting and now there’s a new super Gucci Electric security gate too!! I highly recommend this facility - one very happy customer :)
