Bought a bed from this brilliant family run business, customer service was excellent, from start to finish, my partner was working nights and we were promised first drop between 9.30 and 10.00, bed was delivered 9.50. Couldn't be happier with the service. Took the bed upstairs and installed it.booked a delivery time and was on the dot.Very helpful and friendly shop to deal with especially the lady who couldn't do enough for you.As for the bed I've not had as good a night's sleep as I have with this bed and the bed is very reasonably priced.Definitely will be going back for the other rooms.

I have been buying my mattresses and indeed my bed, still going strong after 21 years, from Nulux since October 1999.As long as they remain in business, please pass it on if and when you retire, I will not consider going anywhere else.The quality of their product is excellent as are the prices. Price to quality ratio could not be any better. Service is excellent and for a small fee they will take your old mattress away for you.To top all that off, the couple who own and run the place are lovely, lovely down to earth and very friendly people.I could not recommend them too highly. If you need anything bedding wise, just go straight to Nulux.

We are a returning customer having bought our double divan bed and mattress back in 2010? (maybe further back). We replaced our mattress this year, (the bed is still in excellent condition), and we could not be happier with the service. Excellent service from choosing the correct mattress, contact relating to delivery and then delivery itself. A big thank you to everyone for going above and beyond!

My wife was searching the internet for a company who specialised in manufacturing a custom made single bed for our 6 year old granddaughter. She came across Nulux Hamilton Ltd and thought they might be able to help. I rang them and spoke to the owner Paul who seemed to be a pleasant guy. He explained where his shop was telling us it was in an old church. We went to his shop not really expecting very much in the overall appearance, how wrong we were. Paul’s shop is certainly in a building that used to be a church but the shop exterior is very well presented and upon entering we were pleasantly surprised at the shop layout, the quality of the beds and mattresses and how pleasant the owner Paul was. I gave him the measurements of our small bedroom and he gave us advice on the size we required, which was a bit shorter than a normal single bed, he also advised us on the type of material, mattress, headboard and type of feet to have fitted. Paul is a real down to earth character that you can have a banter with and enjoy his company. We were in a bit of a rush to get the custom made bed in time for Easter and explained this to Paul who guaranteed that he would deliver before Easter. He did and, along with his son, took the bed to our granddaughter’s bedroom, fitted the headboard and put it into place. All in all a most enjoyable experience and we recommend Paul and Nulux Hamilton Ltd for there professionalism, the quality of the beds and especially the banter with Paul.
