Exmoor House Bed & Breakfast
A perfect stay at this B&B! We stayed in the beautifully clean and spacious family room. It catered for all our needs with fabulous toiletries, a cot and an exceptionally comfy bed. The added details really made the stay with biscuits and sweet treats in and outside of our room plus fresh flowers too. Breakfast was cooked perfectly with a lot on offer. Izzy and Peter were more than happy to recommend places to eat and visit and were very attentive throughout our stay. We would love to return.

Izzy and Peter our hosts at this absolutely charming B&B were amazing!!!! Beautiful room which was spotless and very comfortable. All the little extra treats were a lovely surprise,and added to the overall experience. The breakfast was delicious ,perfect start to your day. What a gem of a place can not praise it enough. Lovely B&B, the owners Izzy and Peter go above and beyond with their hospitality. The rooms are well equipped with lovely personal touches. Breakfast is amazing! Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back x

Absolutely Fabulous!First class online booking system on their own website.Secluded offroad parking.A warm welcome into a spotlessly clean home.Beautiful room exactly as advertised with fresh milk and a good selection of biscuits.Spotless, powerful shower with endless hot water that you didn't want to get out of.Comfy bed with USB ports and plug sockets to hand.Then a smashing breakfast, cooked just right.Book yourself in before it's full, you deserve it.

What a gem of a place! We were breaking a longer journey and stayed one night in this lovely B and B. Just wish it could have been longer! Izzy and Peter could not be more welcoming. Their rooms are pristinely clean and beautifully decorated with every attention to their guests’ comfort. As a coffee addict I particularly appreciated coffee bags rather than instant. Fresh milk in each room, biscuits, with a carafe of water. So thoughtful. Nice toiletries and nice mugs. Breakfast was great. Local eggs and Good coffee! (the coffee addict speaking again!) Altogether exemplary hospitality. Hope we can come back! Thank you!

Such a fantastic time spent at this amazing b&b the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and the flexibility in time was just what was needed after attending a 3 day wedding and 3 late nights.Thank you so much !Would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

The owners have gone the extra mile to make our stay faultless the rooms are well stocked with tea coffee biscuits and dog treats. with extra speciality teas available they were also very friendly and welcoming rooms where spotless and breakfast was well prepared

Izzy and Peter are the perfect host's. They couldn't do enough for us. The place is absolutely spotless. The rooms are very homely with lots of biscuits sweets and dog biscuits. The breakfast was perfect.Would 100% recommend and I can't wait to go back there.

Exmoor House Bed & Breakfast
The best stay you can look for in the heart of Exmoor! The rooms are amazing, very spacious and with every commodity, as is the common room in which we spent a lot of time. The breakfast is also stunning, very good and abundant. Izzy was helpful beyond any imagination, reserving a table for dinner for us, letting us stay way after our check out time because the weather was awful. We will be forever thankful for her kindness and her help! We really look forward to be back there!
