Shaheen arrived very quickly on a Saturday evening. He ensured we could use our inside porch door before returning twice to firstly fit a new lock the next day and then a new door handle we had sourced a few days later. All for no extra charge. Super service. Thank you very much.

I've used Sean three times for different locks and repairs. He provides great service at an amazingly competitive price. He arrives quickly, and he is flexible, friendly and totally reliable.

After being advised that my patio door was unmendable by several other firms and I would need to replace them I was lucky enough to find SeanEven on the phone I could see he knew what he was talking about, naming the make on my description. He visted, showed me what the problem was and that he could get replacement parts and mend it. Well he has been brilliant, excellent communication, superb workmanship and better than expected costs. Fantastic service from Sean. Had a problem with sliding door in a flat I rent out, numerous calls to other tradesmen who were of no help. Sean was diligent with his appointments and took the initiative to liaise directly with the tenants (and even helped out with other bits and bobs while he was there!). Sean kept me informed the entire time with updates of when the necessary parts were arriving. Turned out the sliding door needed less work than anticipated and Sean was honest enough to give me a final bill that was less than the initially quoted price! Fantastic service. New lock was replaced within one hour of a call to Sean. He had only just got home after a 10 hour flight , but insisted he complete the job straight away - even though I said tomorrow was fine . Many thanks Sean
