I had a massage today due to my sciatica pain. Melanie knows her stuff!!! She showed me stretches that were not only consistent with what my physio showed me but also taught me a way to do it independently. My body feels good just after her first session! I highly recommend her.

Mel is the best masseuse I have ever met. She is very professional, knowledgeable and lovely. The treatment room is very clean and tidy. Parking is right outside. I would high recommend her if you have a sore body or just want to relax.
