Lifts in Dalziel Tower, Muirhouse are a joke.3 times in 2 days that I’ve been stuck in 2 separate lifts. Twice stuck because the doors wouldn’t open and the lift took itself out of service. Even pressing the alarm made zero difference, doors eventually opened after about 5 minutes. The 3rd time I got in the lift on the ground floor, the lift started moving then dropped down to the ground floor and the alarm went off, luckily the doors opened quickly but the lift was registering itself on the 4th floor, when it was on the ground floor. Since the installation of the new lift I’ve been stuck at least 7/8 times, in the old lifts that were run down and worn I never had an issue. Contacted North Lanarkshire Council and they disregarded the issues stating that the issues I raised were “untrue”. The safety of the lifts is very concerning.

ADL LIFT SERVICES should stick to Duplo as they aren't lift engineers. Someone wanna fix this towers Lift, this is the 6th time today, our only working lift is out of order!! Also now all the flats electricity is Off!! What have your engineers done???
