Secure NI
Alarm and sensors installed a few years ago and when things started to go wrong the installer couldn't even remember installing the system at my address. One of the sensors even fell off the wall. Alarm would trigger many times each day and changing batteries did not help. The box on the wall told me the system needed to be reset by the engineer and the amber warning light flashed for nearly a year. All my many requests for help were ignored during this time and it's a shame the lowest possible grading is a one star.
