Walk Ahead Pet Groomers

Hi. I can't recommend highly enough. Been taling my furbaby to groomers for past 7 years and have used a few. This is the best. Grooms charlie really well and listens and does what we ask. He can be a bit skittish with people he doesn't know but she always handles him well and has gained his trust which makes it much less stressful for him.... and therefore me.They are always friendly, helpful and.adaptable.I'd give 10 stars if I could

Absolutely delighted! I have a 9 month spaniel pup who, as playful and well-mannered as she is, becomes a complete monster when it comes to washing her. I had all but given up until a friend recommended these guys - what a find! She's now had a proper wash and a lovely trim all at a very decent price. Definitely taking her back for her next wash...

Walk Ahead lost my dog last week (26.9.23) when I brought her in to be groomed. I found out after a neighbour called me to say my dog was running in a nearby road and I told them they had the wrong dog as my dog was being groomed. Due to my neighbour insisting it was my dog I ran back to Way Ahead fully expecting to see my dog in the window and when I asked the staff member if my dog was there she said ‘sorry we were just about to call you’ !!!!! To say I’m speechless about this nightmare incident is an understatement. I am grateful to my neighbour and I can’t believe my dog crossed church road by herself without getting run over.The shop owner called me to apologise and said she would look at the CCTV and put better safety measures in place as apparently no other dog has ever escaped. I’m still in shock and clearly will never return again.

My lovely Reise is a bit scared of grooming but Laura was fantastic and the haircut is exactly what I asked for: posh & cute. Pics before&after for reference ❤️ thank you Laura

My dog went in bedraggled with long curly fur that picked up bits of twigs and other debris, she came out 1 hour later with a lovely smooth even coat all over. The groomer trimmed her head and tail perfectly, just as I'd asked, keeping her unique looks.See the before and after photos.I highly recommend Walk Ahead and all being well we will definitely be using them again in future.Excellent, friendly and professional. I have been up to wayahead groomers on numerous occasions. All the staff there have been extremely polite and have treated myself and my dog with care and attention. He has recently had a serious ear infection and they have taken great care of him. I have had issues with leaving him at other places but I do 100% recommend wayahead dog groomers as they give great service.

Laura did an amazing job with my baby boy! He can be rather difficult coz he absolutely hates being groomed. Laura was so patient and did not quit!! I'm so thankful and so very pleased with results and would most definitely recommend!!!
