I had been miss sold a pension and unfortunately I invested a lot of money into a bad fund. Smooth helped me to get my money back. Took a while in these dangerous Covid times. Having been unfortunate enough to have an investment go badly wrong after been ill advised I received a call from Smooth Commercial who offered to represent me. All I asked of them was to keep me updated on a regular basis even if there was nothing further to report. The FSCS judged favourably on my side and paid out. This minus their commission was returned very quickly indeed and although the fee came out of the initial investment it’s something that I probably wouldn’t of been able to recover myself. Further to this Smooth Commercial have lodged an appeal to recoup their costs which would be icing on the cake for the both of us.Marvellous company who haven’t charged as much as some but the defining part was keeping me updated as they said they would.
