Happy with the service. Have used A&H Pontcanna for about 6/7 years for letting and tenant finder service and they have always found good tenants and quickly too and used them for a referencing service when I found the tenant and they were very helpful.Used them for mortgage advisor too. Great service.Have dealt with Sophie who is great at updating about the letting process and is lovely.

Them and their sequencing partners have been nothing but apathetic on the rare (thankfully) occasions we have had to deal with them. Not telling us about viewings and then ‘reminding’ us the day before, taking 3+ weeks with constant chase ups from us to provide a reference to our new property and just general ineptness amongst the whole team. One lady was nice to speak to on the few occasions but never did what she promised until nudged multiple times. Avoid! Even our landlords who usually get the better end of the stick from letting agencies aren’t fussed on them
