Excellent service from the Alex and his team.Needed a unvented hot water tank fitted and the guys came in and sorted it all out. Fitting, flushing and fault finding took just over one day. They were very courteous, friendly, helpful and tidy!Excellent service overall.

I've used Glowzone multiple times and always been happy with the service even if the price is a little on the high side. However on the most recent visit they wanted to charge £72 for less than 3 minutes in my property to diagnose a fault with a tap - then gave me a quote on top of that to fix it with furher labour + parts (with the obligatory 20% markup on retail price of course!). As someone who had used them for many years, it would appear that they don't value long-term customers and so I won't be using them again.

Excellent response. The guys that come to your property are well mannered and polite, and tidy up after themselves. They take the time to explain what's going on with your boiler.

Glowzone installed a new Worcester boiler. I was impressed with every stage of the process. Prompt quote for the work and effective office administration. The two engineers who fitted the boiler were professional, hard working and friendly. Very pleased with the outcome and would certainly approach Glowzone again for future work.

My radiators were not heating evenly, and the house was freezing in some rooms and baking in others. Matt came out and sorted out the problem quickly. He explained exactly what he was doing throughout and inspired confidence (and I learned something about heating systems)! Now the house is perfect. Job done. Thanks.

We had a complex plumbing problem that needed a knowledgable plumber to rectify - Jesse from Glow Zone spent time assessing and researching what was needed and came up with a solution that was far beyond our expectations. He worked late to get the job done and was cheerful and happy to explain exactly what he was doing and why as well as how to maintain our new system. We are exceptionally happy with his work and Glowzone - Leone in the office is also great to deal with - and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I called out Glowzone on Christmas Eve 2012 to attend an intermittent boiler problem. It was great that they were available but the technician did basically nothing and told me nothing was wrong with the boiler as it was working when he was there so he would have to go back when it was not working. I got the problem fixed by my regular plumber a week later easily. Two weeks later I get a bill from Glowzone saying that my pressure gauge was faulty and they recommended buying a new boiler. Communication was terrible and misleading and the director of the company said it was because Christmas was a difficult time and there was a lag between the engineer coming out and sending out the bills. I felt they just wanted to get rid of me but charge me £72 because they were busy. I would not recommend this company or use them again - especially as they dealt with my grievance so badly.

I have used Glow zone several times. The engineers are very efficient . Recently my boiler packed up and I gave Glow zone a call around 8.30 am and they were able to send an engineer around 12 and he was there on time and found out the boiler needed a new fan. Luckily one was on stock which he managed to pick up and make the boiler work gain around 2ish. This is the quickest time ever one could get the boiler fixed.Great service. I would strongly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work GlowZone did. They were helpful in suggesting a new boiler model. Jason fitted a new Combi boiler. He cleaned up all mess before he left. I would certainly recommend GlowZone and we are very pleased we chose them to fit our new boiler
