Kimberlite Glass and Glazing

We recently used Kimberlite to replace a large number of glass panes at the front of our house which had broken down. Jake at Kimberlite was very patient with us when we asked for a number of different quotations and prompt in getting back to us with any queries. The guys took time and care to measure up carefully to ensure that the replacement windows were correct in terms of size and design and the installation team did a good job replacing the glass. We needed a small tower of scaffolding for a day or two and, in overall terms, we thought the work carried out was good value for money. We would certainly use Kimberlite again for any future glass repair work.

Needed a new piece of glass for my lounge mirrors it had a water spot on it , took it to the shop explained what I needed and waited outside 15 mins, all done. Fantastic service. Then several weeks later Needed black toughened glass for a shelf ,he explained it would take a few weeks but he would get it sorted. He did and it looks great. Really grateful.

Quickly responded to request for a quote, came and measured up, presented their price and we arranged the replacements smoothly and quickly.The guys that did the job were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job.The only tiny fly has been a lack of updates on options for another job I requested of them.

Kimberlite fitted some new double-glazed units into timber frames for us, a piece of louvre glass in the greenhouse, and as a bonus fixed an issue with our garage window. We were really impressed with the service we received. They were prompt in providing a quote; the fitters were polite, friendly and left no mess; and Jake in the office was great to deal with on the phone. Good price too. Highly recommend.

We were delighted both with the secondary glazing and the service that we received from Kimberlite. The staff were friendly, efficient, prompt and responsive throughout and we are very pleased with the result. Our old sash windows are now much more cold and noise proof and look very good in that they blend in beautifully with original windows. We would thoroughly recommended this local service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Jake. I phoned up and ordered some fire resistant glass that he ordered for me. Unfortunately I measured the glass wrong so took it back to Jake and he cut it down to size for me straight away and didn’t charge me a penny. Such great service will definitely recommend to friends and use again. Thanks Jake

Just had some frosted glass panes replaced with clear and got to say the quality of work was excellent and the lads were very professional and courteous.
